Effective July 24, 2026
Terms & Billing
These terms cover Vendor Status Dashboard, including the free Chrome extension and optional Pro subscription. By using the product, you agree to these terms and to Polar’s buyer terms presented at checkout.
Free and Pro
Free can be used without an account. Pro unlocks the features shown on the pricing page while the subscription and browser activation remain valid. Product capabilities and limits are described before purchase and inside the extension.
Billing and renewal
Polar is the merchant of record and handles checkout, taxes, receipts and payment processing. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected during checkout until canceled. The price and renewal interval shown by Polar before payment control the transaction.
License delivery and browser activation
Polar emails a license key after checkout. Paste that key in Options → Data → License to activate the current Chrome browser profile. Each browser profile uses a separate activation. Do not publish or share the key beyond your authorized use. You can deactivate the current browser from the extension or manage subscription access through Polar.
Cancellation
You can cancel renewal at any time from Polar’s customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and Pro access continues until then. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund charges already paid.
Refund requests
Email support@vendorstatus.dev with the order email, Polar order ID and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed fairly, subject to applicable law and Polar’s merchant-of-record procedures. Polar may also issue a refund when required to resolve fraud, chargeback or legal obligations. Never email payment-card details or a full license key.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse vendor status endpoints, evade product limits, share a license outside its authorized use, reverse engineer license controls, or use the product unlawfully. Vendor Status Dashboard is not an emergency service and does not replace vendor notices, incident-response procedures or independent monitoring.
Availability and warranty
The product is provided on an “as available” basis. Upstream status feeds, browser APIs and third-party services may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every incident will be detected or that the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@vendorstatus.dev. See Polar’s checkout buyer terms for the payment relationship.
